1. Introduction and Acceptance
bga99 is an online casino and betting platform operated for Bangladeshi users. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between bga99 and all its registered members. By creating an account on the platform or using any of its services, you agree to abide by these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
Age Requirement
To register at bga99 and use any of its services, you must be at least 21 years old. This platform applies to those aged 21 and above only. If any member provides a false age, their account will be closed immediately and any balance may be forfeited.
Single Account Policy
Each person may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same identity, the same device, or the same payment method is strictly prohibited. Violations of this policy may result in all related accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
Providing Accurate Information
At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false or misleading information may cause problems during account verification and may delay or suspend the withdrawal process.
3. Account Management
3.1 Registration Process
To create an account at bga99, you must complete the designated registration form. We may request additional information or documents for account verification. Withdrawal privileges may be limited until verification is complete.
3.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. Sharing your login details with anyone else is prohibited.
3.3 Account Suspension or Closure
bga99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of the Terms
- Evidence of fraudulent or dishonest activity
- Evidence of operating multiple accounts
- Evidence of age requirement violation
- Failure to submit requested verification documents on time
- A self-requested responsible gaming restriction
4. Financial Transactions and Payment Policy
4.1 Deposits
bga99 supports three payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳500. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. Please verify the account number and amount carefully when making a deposit — bga99 is not responsible for incorrect transactions.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method used for the deposit and whose number is registered on the account.
Withdrawal conditions:
- Account verification must be complete
- If an active bonus exists, its wagering requirement must be fulfilled
- The name and number for the withdrawal must match the information registered on the account
- If any active investigation is ongoing on the account, the withdrawal may be placed on hold
4.3 Currency
All transactions at bga99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000. Or, depositing ৳12,000 or more gives you the maximum ৳5,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳17,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x), calculated on the bonus amount only (not deposit + bonus combined). For example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing the bonus funds.
Important information about wagering:
- If you withdraw your deposit before meeting the wagering requirement after accepting a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled
- Wagering contribution rates may vary for certain game categories — log in to see full details
- If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time after accepting the bonus, the bonus will expire
5.3 General Promotion Terms
bga99 reserves the right to start or end any promotion at any time. Each promotion may have its own terms, which will be stated on the promotion page. Combining one promotion with another is generally not possible unless explicitly stated.
6. Gaming Policy and Code of Conduct
6.1 Fair Play Policy
bga99 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games on our platform are operated by certified providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe) and fair play is ensured.
6.2 Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:
- Use of cheating or hacking software
- Abuse or manipulation of the bonus system
- Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts
- Unauthorized access to another member's account
- Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
- Intentionally exploiting any technical error on the platform
6.3 Technical Issues
If a technical error in any game produces an incorrect result, bga99 reserves the right to void or correct that transaction. If the internet connection is lost, the ongoing game will be paused — once the connection is restored, the game can be resumed.
7. VIP Program
bga99's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The maximum weekly cashback at the Bronze tier is 0.3%, at Silver it is 0.5%, and at Gold it is 0.8%.
Advancement through VIP tiers is determined based on a member's consistency and level of activity. Cashback is generally credited to the account on a weekly basis. bga99's decision is final on all matters relating to VIP benefits or tier changes.
8. Responsible Gaming
bga99 places responsible gaming as its highest priority. We believe recreational gaming is enjoyable only when it remains within control. This platform is for those aged 21 and above only.

External Causes
bga99 is not responsible for service disruptions caused by internet outages, natural disasters, government directives, or any other cause beyond bga99's control.
Gaming Losses
Gaming is a recreational activity and carries financial risk. bga99 is not responsible for financial losses a member incurs from gaming. All bets are the member's voluntary decision.
11. Amendment and Effectiveness of Terms
bga99 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on this page. For significant changes, efforts will be made to notify members by email or through the platform.
If any clause of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect.
In any dispute regarding the interpretation or application of these Terms, bga99's decision will be considered final, and both parties will seek to resolve the matter through discussion.
